Practice Makes Perfect for Summer Little League Team

These youngsters are no strangers to working hard.

's team of 11-year-old all stars started the summer season earlier this month and is now hoping to reach .500 this weekend.

The team is made up of 11 boys who practice weekly and are committed to honing their skills. Coaches John Goodliffe and Adam Beal guide that goal — directing drills until the boys carry them out perfectly, with no drops or dribbles, and encouraging a team mentality during practices.

Their record in the Westchester Putnam Baseball Association is 2-3, following a win against Mahopac Monday.
