Putnam County Clerk Michael C. Bartolotti hosted a Naturalization Ceremony on Wednesday, December 8, 2021, at 11 a.m. at the Putnam County Historic Courthouse, Carmel, New York. Clerk Bartolotti administered the Oath of Allegiance to 29 new citizens from 17 countries.
The Honorable Joseph Spofford served as the officiating Putnam County Judge and offered court remarks. 1st Deputy County Clerk James McConnell led the Pledge of Allegiance.
