Putnam Lawmaker Opposes Vaccine Mandates: Town Hall
A meeting to oppose vaccine mandates in Putnam County will be held Thursday.
From Putnam County-Stop the Mandates
Putnam County Legislator Toni Addonizio will be hosting a Town Hall meeting Thursday night to discuss COVID-19 mandates and legislation.
Community members from across Putnam County have been invited to voice their concerns regarding legislation that would require COVID-19 vaccination and other related mandates. Many members have written and called Legislator Addonizio expressing their opposition to COVID-19 mandates. One area of great concern is legislation that would require children to be vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to attend school. Addonizio has drafted a resolution that would oppose these mandates. Her resolution will be presented before the full Putnam County Legislature when they convene later this month.
