Putnam Woman Accused Of Stealing From Macy's
She was released to return to court next month.
CARMEL, NY — A woman from Putnam County was accused of stealing merchandise from Macy's. Yorktown police said Anna Woloszyn, 59, of Carmel, was charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor.
Police said that, around 5:20 p.m. Feb. 24, they received a call from Macy's staff that reported detaining someone for theft.
Officers were sent to investigate and said that Woloszyn stole store merchandise totaling $310. 58.

She was placed under arrest and taken to headquarters for processing.
Woloszyn was released on her own recognizance.

She is due back in Yorktown Justice Court March 26.
