Putnam Young Republicans Announce Endorsements

The group recently hosted its annual 'Meet the Candidates' night in Brewster.

BREWSTER, NY — On Wednesday, September 30, 2020 the Putnam County Young Republican Club hosted their annual Meet the Candidates Forum at Bull & Barrel in Brewster, NY where they endorsed the following candidates:

President/Vice President: Donald J. Trump/Michael R. Pence
US Congress – 18 th Congressional District: Chele Farley
State Supreme Court Justice – 9 th Judicial District: Richard Guertin
State Supreme Court Justice – 9 th Judicial District: David Hasin
State Senate – 40 th Senate District: Rob Astorino
State Senate – 41st Senate District: Sue Serino
State Assembly – 94 th Assembly District: Kevin Byrne
State Assembly – 95 th Assembly District: Lawrence Chiulli
Putnam County Court Judge: Anthony Mole
Putnam County Legislator – District 2: William Gouldman
Putnam County Legislator – District 3: Toni Addonizio
Putnam County Legislator – District 8: Amy Sayegh
Town of Putnam Valley Town Justice: Pat A. Longobucco

"We found that these candidates embodied the best qualities and characteristics to represent the
people of Putnam County," Tara Keegan, president of the Putnam County Young Republican Club, said in the announcement. "They are dedicated public servants who have the best interests at heart for our community. We ask that the residents of Putnam support them at the polls on November 3rd.

"This election is crucial and will determine the future of our State and our Nation. Your voice and
vote does matter. We encourage the residents of Putnam County to do their civic duty and cast their ballot. There are numerous ways to vote: request an absentee ballot, go to early voting or even go to the polls on Election Day. "
