This year, in recognition of the 94 Putnam residents who have lost their lives to COVID-19 since the pandemic began, 94 white carnations will be placed around the World Trade Center Survivor Tree in their memory, county officials said.

Please note: The resurgence of the coronavirus pandemic has resulted in potential health hazards, so the Putnam Heroes Memorial Committee, with consultation with the County Health Department, will require all guests congregating inside Cornerstone Park to wear a mask. Those gathering outside the park will be encouraged to wear a mask.
