Rosina Parcesepe Turns 100
"Rosina brings forth a precious gift of love to everyone she meets," said County Executive MaryEllen Odell.

From the Putnam County Executive's Office: A celebration of the hundredth birthday of Rosina Parcesepe was recently held at the Cold Spring Nutrition Program.
“With 100 years of priceless moments under your belt, your heart must be full of joy,” said County Executive MaryEllen Odell. “Rosina you deserve every precious memory. Happy Birthday.”
Born on March 31, 1918, Parcesepe’s youth and vigor is to be admired. She has been a long-time participant in the Cold Spring Nutrition program, where she shares her beautiful voice by singing to all the seniors. Her cheerful presence makes a great difference to the seniors at the Friendship Center. She gives freely of herself by helping to make the center a wonderful place to have lunch.
