Schools Dismissing Early After Weather Advisory Issued

SOUTHEAST, NY — Schools across the mid-Hudson Valley have begun dismissing students early. It's the last day of school before the holiday vacation, and icy conditions are forecast for local roads this afternoon and evening.

Brewster Central School District has begun Early Dismissal with Wells Middle School at 10:10am and Brewster HS at 10:15. CV Starr dismissal time is 11:15 and JFK Elementary dismissal time is 11:25 a.m.

Carmel schools dismissed high school students at 10:15 a.m.; the middle school will be dismissed at 11 a.m. and elementary school students at 11:50 a.m.
