
Charlotte Tuttle, 89, of Brewster, NY. passed away March 29, 2016.
Charlotte was born on Jan 2, 1927 and graduated from Brewster high school in 1944. She worked for the Metro-North Commuter Railroad for 49 years until her retirement in 1994. In June 2010, she relocated to Peachtree City, Ga to be close to her family and was lovingly cared for by the wonderful staff at Ashley Glen Senior Care Center.
Charlotte was devoted to God and her faith and enjoyed reading the bible. Singing was her passion and she was a choir member at the First Baptist Church of Brewster and Mt. Carmel Baptist church. She also enjoyed gardening and reading romance novels in her free time.

Charlotte is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and May Tuttle and her sister, Ernestine Killory of Peachtree City, Georgia. She is survived by her nieces and nephews; Brian P. (Lori) Killory of Peachtree City, Georgia; Kathleen (William) Utz of Columbus, North Carolina; Francis J. (Virginia) Killory of Shanghai; Christine Killory (Rene) Davids of Oakland, California; and Claire Ludtke of Weston, Florida.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 6, 2016 at 10am at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church. Interment will follow at the church cemetery. Beecher Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements. Online condolences may be made at http://www.beecherfuneralhome.com.
