Lacrosse finals return to White Plains

If Brewster's boys lacrosse team participates in one of the Section 1 boys championship games this school year, it will travel to Westchester instead of Rockland County.
That's because after being held at the Suffern Middle School Sports Complex in 2011, the games are returning to White Plains High School in Westchester in the spring of '12 after a one-year hiatus.

Brewster makes the rankings
Brewster's ice-hockey squad has enjoyed plenty of early success and that has earned it a No. 8 overall ranking and No. 3 spot in Division II in the LoHud Hockey Blog's rankings.
Super League special
The Brewster Sports Center from Dec. 26-31 is giving teams in the league the opportunity to have practice with a coach from the center.
