Kass captures the dynamics of the millennials, while preserving the traditional ethnic flavors of the past for the traditionalists, bringing you global flavors with creative edge transitions. That includes Latin, Asian, Italian pasta, Indian curry, from gluten free vegetarian menu options to good old American burgers. There is a choice for every palate.

The restaurant re-branding is in line with the initiative that Persaud's nonprofit is launching in Brewster. She is the founder of the World Heritage Cultural Center.

The WHCC has been around for over a decade doing events across the US, we work with over 300+ cultural groups in the US and 80+ foreign embassies. Its goal is to create chapters across the US and then globally.

"Rediscovering the World through Heritage and Culture with the hope that people will be educated and learn about different cultural customs and believes and respect will follow," Persaud said. "In today’s world it is much needed. People need to realize we are One Family – One Human Race."
