Stabbing at the Bull and Barrel: Police
A Brewster man was taken to Putnam Hospital and a Peekskill man was taken into custody.

Robert A. Petrocine, 24, faces charges of Assault 2nd Degree, a Class D Felony, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.
On May 23, state troopers were dispatched by Putnam County 911 to a dispute in the parking area of the Bull and Barrel Restaurant on State Route 22. Before they arrived, they were advised by 911 that one of the subjects involved in the altercation had been stabbed and that a suspect had fled the location in a red Jeep.
Police officers from the Village of Brewster Police Department were responding to the establishment to assist when they observed a red Jeep on State Route 22. The officers stopped the Jeep and interviewed the occupants. The passenger of the Jeep, identified as Petrocine, was taken into custody without incident.
An investigation conducted by responding Troopers revealed that Petrocine, a Peekskill resident, had stabbed a 25-year-old Brewster man in the arm following a physical altercation.
The victim was transported to Putnam Hospital where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
The State Police were assisted by the Village of Brewster Police Department, the Brewster Fire Department and Trans-care Paramedics.
Petrocine was arraigned before the Town of Patterson Court where he was sent to the Putnam County Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail or $200,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in Southeast town court on May 29.
