Clean-up is just beginning in many areas Wednesday morning.

- Chappaqua - open with alternate bus stops where roads are closed. Click here.
- Clarkstown - Strawtown Elementary and Link Elementary are closed and all afterschool programs including the JCCY are canceled.
- Garrison - 2 hour delay
- Goshen - 3 hour delay
