QUOTES: The boys dominated the league in all facets! Mauricio had an incredible day - he showed he is one of the best all around jumpers in all of Section 1.
Adam McIe continues his monster season, as he won the 1600 and 1000 meter runs, and anchored the winning 4 x 800 relay in 1:57. Tremendous team accomplishment. To win by 70 points is a huge margin - our boys always rise up in big spots, and today was another example of their competitiveness and toughness.
Great day! Girls were so close - we have a very young team, and we know the future is bright. Ariana had a monster day, winning all 3 distance events (3000, 1000, 1500).
Newcomer freshman Nina Jacobsen is a budding star for the girls', as she helped lead-off the winning 4 x 400 relay team and scored in both the 1000 and 1500 meter runs. Caitlin Lander won shot put, and freshman Jaynie Criscione broke the school record in high jump in 4'8".
