Traffic Stop On I-684 Turns Into Drug Bust For Danbury Man: NYSP
He faces felony charges in Southeast Town Court.
SOUTHEAST, NY — A Danbury man faces charges in Southeast after a traffic stop on I-684 turned into a drug bust, according to New York State police.
At 10:15 p.m. Monday, state troopers stopped a 2012 Acura TL for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. They said their subsequent investigation found Kenneth Rios in possession of five grams of cocaine.
Rios, 26, faces charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree with intent to sell, a class B felony; and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 4th degree, a class C felony.

Rios was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Southeast Court March 3.
