Two Accused Of Impaired Driving In Southeast: NYSP

State police from Troop K said they removed 24 impaired drivers from the roads over the weekend.

SOUTHEAST, NY — State police from Troop K said they removed 24 impaired drivers from the roads over the weekend. Among those were two arrests in Southeast.

On December 16, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Kevin J. Jordan, 59, of Danbury, CT, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 22 in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police alleged.

On December 16, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Erlin A. Ramirez Giron, 21, of Bedford Hills, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 202 in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police alleged.
