Two Young Men Accused of Burglarizing Putnam Deli
The Putnam Sheriff's Office investigation took four days.

PUTNAM COUNTY, NY — Two young men face charges after a deli was burglarized in Patterson in early July.
At 1:35 a.m. July 4, sheriff's deputies responded to a burglary alarm at the Border-Line Deli at 182 Fairfield Drive. Upon arrival, Deputy Vincent Dalo saw that the store’s front door and window had been broken and the business had indeed been burglarized. Dalo, Deputy Michael Diveglio and Sergeant William Quick Jr. checked the business and canvassed the area, but were unable to locate suspects.
However, after further investigation, investigators from the Sheriff’s Department Bureau of Criminal
Investigations, arrested Timothy J. Yeager of Eastport, NY, and David L. Lussier of Putnam Valley, on July 8.

Both were charged with the felony crimes of Burglary in the 3rd Degree and Criminal Mischief in the 2 nd Degree.
Yeager, 21, was arraigned at Patterson Justice court, and was released on his own recognizance, pending a future court date at Patterson Justice Court. Lussier, 18, was arraigned in Southeast Justice Court, by the Honorable Justice Vercollone, on behalf of the Patterson Justice Court.

Judge Vercollone sent Lussier to the Putnam County Correctional Facility on $5,000 cash/ $10,000 bail bond. He also had a future court date at the Town of Patterson Justice Court.
