Unemployment Rate in Putnam Dropping Still

The unemployment rate for the Putnam-Dutchess county region dropped by just over 1 percent in the past year, state Labor Department officials report.
It was 4.6 percent in March 2015, compared to 5.7 percent in March 2014.
