Two months ago, about a week after he was found in the water, police had released photos of three tattoos on his left arm, the Casio-G Shock watch and the yellow and black sneakers he had been wearing to try and find out who he was.
Holley had been taken out of the water by NYPD's harbor unit March 13 near 58th Street. It was not clear how the body got into the water. The medical examiner has not yet released a cause of death.
