WOODBURY, NY -- Realty Connect USA has introduced a free, full functioning, state-of-the-art mobile web interface designed specifically for smart phones, iPads, and tablet PCs.

According to Bart Cafarella, president, the new service is designed to meet the needs of busy consumers who are seeking immediate answers and information.  

"A consumer can literally stand in front of a home for sale, type 'RealtyConnectUSA.com' into the browser, fill in the address, and find out everything they need to know about the property," he said.

"Imagine the convenience to a buyer to stand at the curb, look at the exterior of a home and the neighborhood, and use a smart phone to see various interior photos, or better yet to search other homes for sale within the neighborhood. Searches for all listed homes from 1/4 mile up to 20 miles or more are possible from any location on Long Island. It's a tremendous time saver to the consumer and advantage to our agents," Cafarella added.

Cafarella said that consumers are able to search Realty Connect USA listings as well as all available listings by address, city, zip code, property type, price range, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, open houses, and new listings. They are, also, able to search by agent, city, and the language that Realty Connect USA's agents are fluent in -- French, Spanish, Korean, and so on.

 Although the service functions like an application, it is direct web access. If and when needed, the consumer can link to the primary Realty Connect USA website directly from the handheld interface or connect directly with their Realty Connect USA agent.
