Dawn Price Chosen As New Training Manager For Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage

SYOSSET, N.Y. (Nov. 24, 2014) – Mount Sinai resident Dawn Price has been selected as the new training manager for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage on Long Island and Queens, N.Y., a residential real estate company with 16 offices and more than 700 affiliated real estate salespersons and associate real estate brokers serving the counties of Nassau, Suffolk and nearby Queens.

In this capacity, Price will help affiliated real estate salespersons and associate real estate brokers to build and improve their business through education and learning. She will lead in-person and online educational sessions on topics such as effective prospecting, sales techniques and technology applications.

Formerly a real estate salesperson affiliated with the company’s Setauket Office, Price brings a multitude of experience to her new role. During her successful sales career, Price took full advantage of continuing education programs to enhance her abilities. Her professional designations include Accredited Staging Professional and Senior Real Estate Specialist. She is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors and has served as secretary and vice president of membership. Price is also a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors, New York State Board of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
