About Jericho Brookville Lions Club
The Jericho Brookville Lions Club is the local branch of Lions Clubs International for the Syosset-Woodbury- Jericho Brookville-Muttontown. We are a service club and we meet monthly to plan charity and service events for the community. Our signature event is the annual Shore to Shore Poker Run which raises money for a local mobile food bank. We also participate in the Lions Clubs District events such as the Strides Walk to Benefit Diabetes Research and Lions Fight Against Childhood Cancer. Our members run in eye exam screenings for children and we serve the Long Island Eye Bank, where we pick up and deliver eye tissue to hospitals from local airports and the Eye Bank at Northwell Health in Manhasset, saving millions of dollars a year for the families and hospitals.
Where there is a need there is a Lion.
We are always seeking new opportunities to serve our community and for new members who want to join together to accomplish great things by leveraging their time with the time and efforts of others.
