Dr. Marc Herman Named Dentist for the Islanders

Dr. Marc Herman has joined the New York Islanders as their Official Team Dentist.  Dr. Herman has a practice in Woodbury New York.  He is Chief of the Divisions of General Dentistry; TMJ; Practice Administration, Ethics; and Sleep Medicine at North Shore University/LIJ Hospital.  Dr. Herman has been affiliated with North Shore University Hospital for over 33 years, where he oversees the education and training of 21 Residents. He has been involved with the Syosset Central School District, as a Board Trustee, Past President and PTA President for over 20 years.  This year, Dr. Herman will be receiving his Master of Science in Health Care Ethics from Creighton University School of Medicine. Dr. Herman has been a resident of Woodbury for over 33 years.
