The Life Enrichment Center at Oyster Bay and Nassau County Ofiice of Aging, NYS Dept of Aging will be hosting a FREE Living Healthy NY Workshop for six weeks starting on Tuesday, June 5 from 6:00 pm -8:00 pm. The Workshop will teach practical skills while dealing with
chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, obesity and arthritis. The Workshop can help you learn the tools for better self-management.
In addition, the following
issues will be addressed:
- Dealing with fatigue
and pain
Better nutrition and
exercise classes
Living a full,
healthy life
The program is free,however registration is required. All registrants will receive a free CD and workbook. Please call immediately to secure your seat at the Workshop.
