While the food at CoolFish is moderately priced, the restaurant offers a number of dining and drink deals throughout the week that are quite inviting to patrons. CoolFish is in an ideal location for a relaxed happy hour as it is located in a quiet spot among business offices. Half-price drinks are offered during happy hour, which is between 4:30pm and 7:00pm, Monday through Friday. If you are hungry during happy hour, take advantage of the meal deal at the bar - burgers are served for only $8.00.
CoolFish, now dubbed a “Grille and Wine Bar,” has a very extensive wine list – it comes with a table of contents. An array of whites, reds, sparkling wines and champagnes are offered, along with several varieties of sake. A nice feature at CoolFish is the eatery’s selection of half bottles, for those parties who want a few glasses of wine, but cannot finish a full bottle.

If you are a beer drinker, be sure to check out the selections CoolFish has to offer, both domestic and imported. Anchor Steam, Sam Adams seasonal selections, Red Stripe, and Guinness Stout are some of the featured beer varieties.
While Syosset is home to a number of restaurants, the neighborhood does not have an actual “bar scene.” If you work in or around the area, CoolFish is a great place to enjoy happy hour and a delicious dinner to follow.
