ICYMI: Drunk Syosset Man Shoves Police, Screams Obscenities: Cops

PECONIC, NY — A Syosset man was one of two men arrested Sunday after they were denied service at a North Fork winery due to their level of intoxication and became "disruptive," shoving officers, police said.

According to Southold Town Police, Nicholas D'Agostino, 22, of Syosset, and Tristan Alfano, 22, were arrested on Sunday at 2:29 p.m. at Osprey's Dominion Winery on Main Road in Peconic and charged with obstructing governmental administration, a misdemeanor.

Authorities were notified of a disturbance at the winery and, upon arrival, officers located a large group that had been denied service because of their level of intoxication, police said.
