Nassau Police Report: Week of March 9

Nassau County Police released the crime report for the week of Mar. 9 to Mar. 16.
Check out the following incidents and arrests near the Syosset area over the past week as reported by police:
- Mar. 1: Jack Dimuro Jr., 73, of South Farmingdale was arrested for shoplifting from Walgreens on Main Street in South Farmingdale.
- Mar. 4: Able Dylan Todman, 18, of Brentwood and Jude Innocent, 18, of Lindenhurst were arrested for shoplifting from Macys in the Sunrise Mall in Massapequa.
- Mar. 5: Alanna Kaufmann, 28, of Oceanside was arrested for shoplifting from Stop and Shop on Jericho Turnpike in Woodbury.
- Mar. 5: A man reported that someone stole assorted engine parts from inside the hood of his car on Ford Drive North in Massapequa.
- Mar. 9: A man reported that someone broke into his car and stole his wallet and NYPD mini shield on Oakwood avenue in South Farmingdale.
- Mar. 9: A man reported that someone entered his car and stole his assorted property on Roger Lane in Massapequa.
- Mar. 9: Nelson Lopez, 35, of Freeport was arrested for shoplifting from Stop and Shop on Motor Avenue in South Farmingdale.
- Mar. 11: A woman reported that someone broke the front drivers side window of her car on Linden Street in Massapequa.
- Mar. 11: A man reported that someone damaged both the drivers side and passenger side mirrors of his car at the Masjid Bilal Mosque on Fulton Street in Farmingdale.
- Mar. 11: Carina Castro Perez, 23, of Westbury was arrested on a DWI charge on East End Avenue and Woodbury Road in Hicksville.
- Mar. 11: A man reported that someone damaged his car by detaching the passenger side mirror on Lewis Lane in Syosset.
- Mar. 13: Shelby Brewster, 25, of Amityville was arrested on a DWI charge on Main Street and Richard Street in Farmingdale.
