Tell Us: Replacement for Caracalla

A favorite Italian restaurant in Syosset was demolished last week.

Caracalla, months after a fire left just a shell of the former eatery, was demolished Jan. 22.

A replacement for the Jericho Turnpike restaurant has not yet been confirmed.

What do you think should replace Caracalla Restaurant? Should it become another restaurant, or even a Caracalla revamp? Should it become another type of business? What would fit into the area?
