We are now required to have 20% of our students and staff tested for COVID-19 on a weekly basis in order to keep schools open for in-person learning. The test is called BinaxNOW, and is a nasal swab that produces results in approximately 15 minutes.
All parents/guardians are asked to complete this survey, indicating whether or not you consent for your child to be tested. Testing would be free and would occur approximately once a month if you were to consent.
Surveys must be completed by the end of the day Thursday, November 12, 2020.
Thank you in advance for your participation in this important survey.
