Kids, teens, parents, and adults are invited to tour the studio, meet Sensei Sandy, and experience beginner-friendly, skill-based partner activities. The session is designed for first-time participants, so no martial-arts experience or special equipment is required.
Parents may stay and watch or participate. Children should attend with a parent or guardian.
Wear comfortable athletic clothing and arrive about 10 minutes early. No uniform or previous experience is required.
