1 Man Dies, 2 Remain Critically Injured After Lightning Strike
A fast-moving storm with lightning raced through the City of Poughkeepsie Friday.
POUGHKEEPSIE, NY — One of the five people who was struck by lightning Friday in the City of Poughkeepsie has died.
The man who died was 50 years old, according to the Poughkeepsie Journal, and two 46-year-old men are still in critical condition.
Two others were also injured, as the group were on a bench in Mansion Square Park, FIOS1 News said.
