Jade William and Sean Michael Dash were both charged with two felonies including third-degree grand larceny. They were arrested Friday after being seen engaging in some <a href="https://www.lohud.com/story/news/crime/2018/05/18/two-men-accused-stealing-mailbox-tarrytown-cops/624089002/?utm_source=dlvr.it&amp;utm_medium=twitter" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">suspicious</a> activity in front of North Broadway mailbox around 3 a.m., the Journal News said.
