3rd Crew Member's Body Can't Be Recovered Until Tug Raised
Equipment is on the way to the scene that will remove the boat from the Hudson River.

The body of the third victim of the deadly tugboat crash on the Hudson River will not be recovered until the vessel is pulled out of the water.
FIOS1News.com said a commercial maritime salvage company will be chosen to remove the sunken tugboat Specialist along with the body of Harry Hernandez, which is entangled in the wreckage.
Police said they are waiting for a special floating crane to come up from Virginia to raise the boat.

The tugboat crashed into a construction barge that was part of the New NY Bridge project Saturday morning. It sank within minutes.
The two other crew members whose bodies have been recovered are Paul Amon, 63, of Bayville, Nassau County, and Timothy Conklin, 29, of Westbury, NJ.

Hernandez, 56, a Staten Island resident, was thought to have been inside the tug at the time of the crash, lohud.com reported.
