• 11-Month-Old Baby In Car As Driver Arrested On Sprain For Felony DWI: NYSP (patch.com) — A Tarrytown woman was arrested on the Sprain Brook Parkway in Greenburgh after state police say she drove intoxicated with an 11-month-old child in the car. Troopers report her blood alcohol level was 0.13 percent, and the baby was turned over to a sober caregiver. She now faces felony aggravated DWI charges under Leandra's Law and is due in Greenburgh court in September.
