another reason for NY to place secure ballot boxes @ locations
The postal service said an address of a voter was insufficient--why can't NY place secure voting boxes at municipal buildings?
I can't understand why NYS is not placing secure ballot boxes outside convenient municipal buildings like every other progressive state. I have written to the Board of Elections, to the Governor's office and county officials. If there is a second wave of COVID - people are not going to want to drop off their ballots inside crowded polling places.
See article below of a voter in Irvington whose address was deemed insufficient by the post office. Voting by mail is important but the postal service is unreliable.
