'Dog Days Of Summer' Back In Greenburgh With Changes
Reservations will be required for the three separate sessions.
GREENBURGH, NY — Lucky dogs in Greenburgh will still be able to take their yearly dip in the pool this year, even with the new coronavirus pandemic. The Town of Greenburgh Department of Parks and Recreation is inviting the town's pooches to the annual "Dog Days of Summer" dog swim.
Because of the coronavirus, however, there will be some differences in the way the event is handled, officials said.
The dog swim will take place from 9 a..m. to 4 pm Sunday, Sept. 13, weather pending, at Anthony F Veteran Park Interactive (Kiddie) Pool, 11 Olympic Lane in Ardsley. A rain date will be announced.
