At each stop, the staff gives away doggy ice cream treats and cookies for pups and healthy treats for their humans, along with fun items like tennis balls, paw towels and paw-shaped bag clips.

Best Friends created its Treat Truck for Dogs to give the community a taste of the fun and caring its staff provides to pet guests every day in its pet care centers.  The Treat Truck has been on the road since last summer and has visited 12 states, traveling as far south as Florida and west to Texas.
