Designed for teachers, parents and others who care for children, this course teaches participants how to recognize and care for breathing and cardiac emergencies in infants and children up to 12 years old. Training in the use of and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) on children will be included. CPR/AED certificate is valid for 1 year.
The class is 6 hours, and the course fee is $75.00. This course will be held at the American Red Cross in Westchester County, located at 106 N Broadway, White Plains, NY 10603.
