How's the Water? A discussion of water quality in the Hudson and its tributaries

The Hudson River has long defined the character and quality of life in our communities. In recent decades the Hudson has enjoyed a revival with increasing numbers of people wanting to live near it and recreate on it. However, our management of the river has not kept pace with its new role as a popular recreational destination. Riverkeeper representative and local resident, Tracy Brown, will speak about water quality in the Hudson and our local connections with it, including the health of our local waterways and sewer-shed. She will discuss the opportunities for continuing to improve our local water quality.
