Legal Basics Workshop for Freelancers and Small Businesses

This 2 hour workshop will cover the legal basics that everyone working independently or running a small business needs to know. 

Learn about the most common business structures (sole proprietor, LLCs, S-Corps) and how your legal structure can protect you, your assets, and the life of your business. 

The workshop will also review some common legal problems that one may encounter when running a business into and how these can be avoided. 

Finally, the group will talk about whether one should be using contracts with clients, provisions that should be included in every contract, and how to handle legal disputes. 

There is a $20 fee to attend this event. Fee can be paid at door that evening, or via our website: www.watercoolerhub.com.
