We will offer a complementary tour of Lyndhurst's historic grounds. The site reflects nearly 175 years of life on the Hudson River contained in 67 park-like acres that include 16 structures, such as a Lord & Burnham steel-framed greenhouse complex and the oldest regulation bowling alley in the United States.
The guided tour will start from the visitor center. Please note that the terrain is hilly, steep and uneven and the walk will go through grass. You may encounter ticks, poison ivy or nettles. Please wear hats, hiking shoes and bring water.
