Nonprofit Board Institute

The Junior League of Westchester-on-Hudson's Nonprofit Board Institute (NPBI) is a two-day comprehensive training that prepares participants to be high performing nonprofit board members and leaders. Each training session will be led by a seasoned professional and include opportunities for interactive discussion. Participants will receive a training manual with session and reference materials.

Through the Institute, you will:
• gain knowledge and training for effective nonprofit board service;
• build board leadership skills; and
• increase understanding of nonprofit board governance and the role of nonprofit boards.
 
Current and prospective board members, board chairs and senior staff will benefit from the training.

The NPBI is a two-part event. Day I will be held Saturday, April 28 and Day II will be held Saturday, May 5.  Each day will run from 8:30am until approximately 5:00pm.

The Nonprofit Board Institute is limited to 20 participants and registrations will be taken on a first-come first-served basis.  To register please visit the Junior League of Westchester-on-Hudson's website where you can register and pay online or follow instructions on how to register by mail.
