The Chair of the New York State Bar Association's Elder Law Section, Anthony J. Enea, will provide attendees with an overview of some ofthe best legal strategies available to help protect themselves -- and their family members -- from the high costs of aging, particularly long term care. Topics covered will include asset preservation strategies, estate planning, guardianships, wills and Medicare/Medicaid planning.  Food and beverage will be provided.
