The First Annual Hudson Valley Regional Dementia Conference

A full day conference dedicated to people who have been diagnosed, family members, caregivers and professionals* who provide support and services. The program structure and breakout sessions invite informal networking among participants.

For the first annual regional conference, we are excited to also include the 12th Annual Adele Rohrlich Memorial Lecture, presented by nationally recognized educator Teepa Snow. We will also feature a presentation by Dr. John Zeisel, president & co-founder of Hearthstone Alzheimer’s Care, Ltd. There will be breakout sessions for the person diagnosed in the early stages, family members, professional caregivers and Spanish-speaking caregivers.

Meeting of the Minds conference has been approved for:

Long-Term Care Administrators Continuing Education credits.
*Continuing Education Credits have also been requested for Social Work. A certificate of attendance will be presented to attendees at the end of the conference that will include number of hours.
