food trucks wanted for early voting at Greenburgh Town Hall

We need food trucks, entertainment

Food truck vendors wanted for early voting at Greenburgh Town Hall October 23, 2021 - October 31, 2021
Last year was the first year when voters got to vote early. Greenburgh Town Hall was one of the locations for early voting during a ten day period and town officials tried making the early voting experience fun. Food trucks were stationed at Greenburgh Town Hall. Entertainment was offered while people were waiting on line to vote. And, the Greenburgh Neighborhood Health Center offered flu vaccines. The Albany Times Union said that our "Westchester County town set the bar for early voting."

This year town officials plan to organize similar fun activities for voters who will be visiting Town Hall to vote. We're looking for food truck vendors, outdoor entertainers and hope to offer vaccines again.

If you are a food truck vendor please e mail Town Clerk Judith Beville at jbeville@greenburghny.com and pfeiner@greenburghny.com expressing your interest. Food vendors must provide documentation that they are registered with the Westchester County Department of Health.

We will also welcome Scouts, civic associations to set up tables outside Town Hall during early voting days. To inquire - please contact Town CLerk Beville or me. Let's make early voting locations a place residents want to visit.
