Former Greenburgh Intern to Film Video about the Town

University of Delaware student Russell Kogan, a Communications major, will film the video over the next few weeks.

The following announcement is from Greenburgh Town Supervisor Paul Feiner:

Russel Kogan, a sophomore Communications Major at the University of Delaware has a passion for storytelling and filmmaking. This past summer he interned with Town Clerk Judith Beville and produced a video featuring some of the summer internship projects that students worked on.

Russel expressed an interest in interning with the town again during the winter break. I suggested that he produce a music video about the town of Greenburgh and its residents to the tune of Pharell Williams’ “HAPPY”.

In the coming weeks Russel will be taking video’s at different Greenburgh locations. If you would like to show your Greenburgh pride by participating in the filming of the video please e mail me at pfeiner@greenburghny.com and Russel at rkogan@udel.edu.

Many communities around the world have filmed similar “Happy” video’s. In this holiday season let’s be positive about our town and show our happiness.

In recent years Town Clerk Judith Beville and I have tried to match students who are interested in internship opportunities with their interests. If you know anyone who would like to learn about government - please feel free to contact me. We promise to make their experience fun and worthwhile.
