Gluten-Free-Food Discussion Group to Meet at Mrs. Green's in Tarrytown on Sunday at Noon

A recently formed gluten-free-food discussion group will meet at Mrs. Green's in Tarrytown on Mother's Day, Sunday, May 11 at noon.

Topics covered at the monthly meetings typically include getting to know gluten-free products in the marketplace, recipes, and eating out at restaurants.

Attendance is free and free food samples will be distributed. Free parking is available behind the store.

The series is hosted by Amanda Devens, nutritionist at Mrs. Green's in Tarrytown. She is a graduate of SUNY Oneonta and has a Bachelor degree in Dietetics.

A ten-percent discount for shoppers is being offered on May 11 for "everything in the store."

Attendees interested in joining the store's reward card program can also see the cashier while visiting to attend the discussion program.

The meeting will be held in the community room on the lower level at Mrs. Green's, 45 N. Broadway in Tarrytown. There is a backdoor entrance to the lower level from the parking lot directly in back of the store. If you enter Mrs. Green's through the front door on Broadway, walk to the rear of the store and go down one flight.
