golf simulator businesses coming to Central Ave

Exciting news for golfers. Two new indoor golf simulator businesses are coming to Central Avenue. X-Golf, to be located at 870 Central Park Avenue in the former Walgreens space was recently approved by the Planning Board and will offer indoor virtual reality golfing in golf simulation bays. A second golf simulator business is approved for 691 Central Park Avenue (Golfzon) and is presently under construction. These businesses will complement the five private golf courses in the Town, year round public driving range on Dobbs Ferry Road, and PGA Tour Superstore in Crossroads Shopping Center. I am glad to see these and several other vacancies being filled with new businesses. More announcements are forthcoming for all of the Town’s mixed-use corridors. PAUL FEINER
