Greenburgh covid angels receives national attention on NBC TV

We're going to help seniors with appointments and registration

https://www.nbcnews.com/nightl...
The Greenburgh Covid angels program made some national news with Lester Holt tonight. Our team of 130+ volunteers will soon start outreaching to seniors -helping them navigate the Covid registration and vaccination process. Getting calls from all over the nation -others want to do the same thing! This week we're going to get organized Please be advised that the angels program will only help seniors use technology so they can register and make appointments. Covid angel volunteers don't have any special pull with the vaccine providers. It's my hope that after President Biden takes office the supply of vaccines will increase and the process will be less stressful for the many people who need a vaccine. Feel free to e mail me at pfeiner@greenburghny.com to sign up as a volunteer or recipient.
Greenburgh resident Honey Sackelman who was interviewed on the news program did get a vaccine today at Columbia Presbyterian. I am so pleased for her. Don't be discouraged.
