Greenburgh to Donate Property for No-Kill Shelter

The parcel was previously occupied by Pets Alive until it closed.

GREENBURGH, NY - The Greenburgh Town Board voted unanimously to donate a property to Paws Crossed Animal Rescue.

Supervisor Paul Feiner said the parcel located at 100 S. Warehouse Lane was formerly known as Pets Alive. It was shut down in September.

Paws Crossed will use the location for a no-kill animal shelter.

“I’m thrilled to highlight this very happy ending,” Feiner said. “Hundreds of animal rights advocates were devastated when the shelter closed last year.”
